1 Definitions & Applicability

The following words and terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

What "Platform" Means

Account Transfer Prohibited

An account on 8bet is strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or lending an account to anyone else is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

New users on 8bet will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 will give a ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳18,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses apply only to bets on eligible games; some games may be excluded from wagering calculations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited.
• 8bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Casino Games

Casino games offered on 8bet are provided through various leading providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Each game has its own rules and payout structure — it is strongly advised to read each game's instructions before playing.

Sports Betting

The following general rules apply to sports betting:

• The odds on a bet are considered final at the moment they are confirmed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• A bet cannot be changed after it has been placed.
• 8bet reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system or technical error.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, winnings will not be paid.

Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server or software error, 8bet will attempt to resume the game from the last saved state. However, 8bet is not obligated to pay any claimed winnings resulting from a technical error.

7 VIP Program

The 8bet VIP Program has a total of five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

8 Account Restrictions & Termination

Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure

8bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting bonus fraud or manipulation
• Using an account as a minor
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's technology or software
• Fraudulent collusion with other users (collusion)
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation

Account closure process

Users may also close their account at any time through the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the relevant payment method, provided there are no pending verifications or conditions.

In the event of a dispute with 8bet, an attempt will first be made to resolve it amicably through the support team. 8bet's decision shall be considered final in all disputes, however users will have the opportunity to appeal.

14 Changes to Terms
